The Kasinka River is one of many rivers of Beskid Wyspowy (Island Beskyd) in Carpathians in Poland. It flows out from Springs, which are on the western slope of Massie Śnieznica (1006 m a.s.l.) on the 800 m attitude. After flocks about 8 km escapes from the wright bank to the Raba River in the Kasinka locality, 360 m a.s.l. The denivelation in the Kasinka basin amounts 446 m. It is the main cause accurance from time to time inundations in the Valley of Kasinka. The inundation lasseses in agriculture cultivations, buildings, net of ways and banks of rivers are always very painful end expensive. The main aim of the paper is the presentation of flood losses made by waters of Kasinka river 26.08.2014 after rainstorm. The authors give also what one ought to do in order that to minimize inundation losses and devastation of terrain.
