ABSTRACT
This study aims to assess the impact of localized irrigation systems on soil salinization in the El Haouz and El Kelaa Des Sraghna region. To achieve this, a methodology combining remote sensing techniques and field analyses is employed. The objective is to identify areas at risk of high salinity, collect soil samples for physical and chemical analyses, and evaluate the effectiveness of irrigation systems in managing salinization. The findings of this study will provide valuable insights for farmers and policymakers in sustainable water resource management and agricultural soil preservation. By highlighting the challenges, research conclusions, and implications, this work contributes to the understanding and mitigation of salinization issues in arid agricultural areas.
