The results of pelletization tests of waste anthracite dust with three types of starch binder, which were performed at the Institute for Chemical Processing of Coal have been presented. The raw material used in pelletization tests was fine-grained anthracite fraction derived from one of the industrial plants processing anthracite. The aim of the research was to determine the possibilities of waste anthracite dust use in terms of its pelletization and determination of the influence of the binder amount on the physico-chemical properties of the obtained pellets. It was stated out that the application of 2,5% starch binder allows obtaining pellets with adequate mechanical strength.
