Mycological analysis included two research stationswhich represented the type of organic muck soilssubtype Limnic Sapric Histosol. These soils were characterized by a similar structure of the profile. They were located in the valley of Supraśl on reclaimed meadowswhich were located near Bialystok. The aim of the study was to investigate the fungal communities colonizing micromycetes different depths of organic profile soil.
